We are only 2 miles from the York City Centre and also serve the surrounding wider Greater York area and villages.

The Partners
The company partners John and Gill McCartney have a very strong business ethos of integrity, efficiency, politeness and going that extra mile. John has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. He specialises in Mortgages and Insurance Services.
Gill having had experience of the property market runs a successful bank agency. Gill has received ARLA training and adheres to their standards. Additionally we have been landlords ourselves for many years and bring our personal knowledge and experience into our business. Our combined knowledge of working in complimentary businesses has taught us the value of a personal and approachable service. We give sound advice and put our clients’ interests first. We tailor our service to your requirements. We are used to dealing with difficult situations or problems and always try and find a solution.
